Then we got a call today saying that they have a guest house in Simon's Town that meets the requirements. Great. The problem is that the potential buyer wants to buy in Simon's Town but he/she needs to sell their home. The good news is that they had an offer of R6 million. They did not accept because they want R7million.

Re: The Jack Russell Real Estate Marketing Mentality

Hi Thanks.I am glad that you enjoyed it.

Re: The Jack Russell Real Estate Marketing Mentality

Thanks for this article about "The Jack Russell Real Estate Marketing Mentality"
It is very informative and educational.

Re: Bad SimonsTown Real Estate For Sale Photos

Yes. And if the house is expensive the real estate agent can at least consider the important issues and exclude pool tools, electrical cables, bucket and brooms. Thanks for the comment

Re: Bad SimonsTown Real Estate For Sale Photos

people in the market to buy real estate visit the internet first. It will be slow ;-( Just a note the best way to read the room is as you say, to use a desktop application. Because it will notify you with a bep when there's new news. The website to download the application is http://www.twhirl.org (not dot com) Hope to hear from you soon. This is a great initiative. It will only work if you keep at it. Most of the people in Simon's Town is pre the internet. Many of them can barely use email. As you may know; very few venture out on the internet.

You know, there was I time when they thought SMS was for kids now they all use it. It will take time to break down these barriers. But I will follow the ideas. I will now go to the Simon's Town Room at this address http://friendfeed.com/rooms/simonstown and I will create an account, set my account to receive a daily email. I will also go and download the application to easily read the room and write to the room using http://www.twhirl.com

Regards John
