Properties in Simon's Town cell for between 10 and R12 000 per square meter. This is really cheap when compared to the city bowl and the Atlantic. In the city bowl we have a property selling for R26 000 per square, here in Simon's Town we have a better flat selling for R10 000.

Re: Simon’s Town Property valuations

Dr Shackleton indicated that ABSA reported a 5,2% increase in price of Cape Town property for 2009. Are the % increases available for 2006, 2007 and 2008? I think this should be a good first order indication what your property valuation should be. He mentioned in his letter increases between 10 - 15% for the period. Also, what is currently the average selling price per square meter dwelling for Simon's Town?

Re: Spacious lock-up-and-go gem R2 350 000

wat sort of rental would the property command ? I think Mesothelioma Treatment Centers should try to create more brochures or advertisements to promote the use of other materials in the workplace. I'm sure they already do, but it seems like there needs to be another way of spreading the word.

Re: Can We Look Past The Cliché And See The Adventurous And Exciting

Point taken.
Thanks for the comment. Janine at Boulders was very much involved with the painting of the bus stop. Getting school kids to paint it. But then one "important man" came in the night and painted it all white.

The ST civic discuss this and did not want to get involve in the repainting of the bus stop.

I will support any effort and I am sure Janine would do the same.

The person involved should be made public and his/her name given to the police so that should a newly painted display be forthcoming and in turn once again be painted out he as a main suspect would face the arm of the law.
We very much hope the shelter is once again re painted by the previous artists..Especially in time for the celebrations of the 2010 World Cup.

Re: How Robert Kiyosaki created the sub-prime crisis

The purpose and mission of Robert Kiyosaki is aimed to help people achieve economic success and stability. Robert Kiyosaki has a certain style in motivating, and his attitude towards money is defiant and pro-active. These values have found its way into his many books of the Rich Dad, Poor Dad series, and in their deliverance has helped many people understand how to make money work for them.

Re: Luxurious holiday rental

is this apartment availible and how much is it.
